MagnaPharm partners gather for first project meeting at the Univeristy of Limerick

19th July 2017

Following the success of the kick-off meeting previously held in Bristol, the Magnapharm consortium descended upon the University of Limerick to discuss progress and share early discoveries amongst the group.

The group met informally on arrival in Limerick, which for most of us was our first visit to the University. New group members were welcomed to the consortium over an evening meal, convening the following day (19th July 2017) for more scientific discussions.

Hosted by Dr Andy Stewart & Prof Ursel Bangert, the group was delighted to be taken on a tour of the world-class Titan Themis Electron Microscope recently launched at the University.
